New to this forum, still trying to get used to it. Just got a 08 G37 Coupe. I previously had a 06 G35 Coupe and am starting out fresh w/ the completely stock 37.. First thing I want to change is the height, had eibach sportline springs on my 35 I loved the height but the ride was a little too rough..I'm looking at coilovers for my 37 and have heard a lot about BC.. kind of looking for a direction. Don't want the initial drop to be super low but a good height and also the spring install wasn't too difficult what about coilover install?
Coilover install is as easy or usually easier than springs. You can adjust them to whatever height you like. KW are much more expensive than BC but they're a better quality product they'll offer you more comfort.

Welcome to the forum.
I've went from springs to Tanabe coils then to my current stance coils. If you're looking for a good daily driving coilover set your best bet will be Tanabe. You can adjust height to your prefered ride height and the ride quality is great for daily driving. KWs are arguably the best coilover set but they are very expensive and not really worth the money unless you require a coilover that is going to give you more than just ride height adjustability and a comfortable ride. KWs require a few initial adjustments with the compression and rebound. From my understanding its takes time to get it to ones preferred comfort. Makes sense if you're going to track your car but not so much if you're just looking for something better than Eibachs. Then there's the "balling out of control" route...that's when you spend a lot money on mods just because you can and not because you're actually using it for what it is designed for

I've had bc coilovers in the past and I feel it's a hit and miss with them. They made noise and the ride quality was not that great. I've heard nothing but great things about KW although they are very expensive, but you get what you pay for
