IOC is losing business w/ me
How about a NGC group meeting at IOC with special guest Gary Silver to come in and hold a open Q&A session? Perhaps a show of numbers of concerned IOC patrons/NGC members can weigh in with their questions and issues with IOC service and iron out a amicable resolution without giving these guys a run through the mud on the forum ad infinitum...
I would have liked to see someone from IOC chime in on this thread and attempt to clear some things up and make things right again with the folks involved, but I don't see that happening here while tensions seem to be mounting.
Bottom Line: I wanna get my $.99 oil change done, but wanna make sure this guy.. Vince??? isn't handling my service and I don't want no imcompetent tech scratching up my car and giving me touch up paint jobs.... -_-; The issue with the TSB sounds horrible and beyond reasonable explanation. I think Gary needs to fess up to this as he is the one setting policy on handling TSBs and making everyone aware of them.
What do you guys think? IOC is the closest and most convenient service location for me and I have had a positive experience before with my 30k service. I would like to give them my future business, but do not want to support a dealership that is not responsive to the needs of customers and members on this forum.
