IOC is losing business w/ me
Why did they charge you $89 for the alignment? When they have a service special of $79.99 for a wheel alignment on there website.

Now I cant find him, so the guy that sits outside with the loaners went to go find him. He come back with a service guy, who is pretty nice, and try to explain that the exhaust is making the noise. So he put it back on the racks and shows me where it coming from. I again explain to him that the exhaust raddle not click. So he put a rubber exhaust piece between and exhaust and the bolt. We both drive around IOC and still CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. So now I'm back in a d@mn loaner and now they are going to look into it more. So pretty much I wasted my lunch showing them what they was suppose to figure out.

I can not believe they have been giving you guys such a run-around about a known problem with rear axle noise. They know about it but just don't want to do the work.
If you can't find a copy of the TSB you can tell them to look up TSB # ITB05-002b.
If you can't find a copy of the TSB you can tell them to look up TSB # ITB05-002b.

Now they got me thinking that they forgot something with I hit that d@mn stone/big @ss rock on the highway. Because Devon has the HKS and no raddles. IOC did the service on my car at the time. So the service guy is looking into that also. Maybe my cats got bent.
