I'm wondering what cars are cheap to insure... but not any Kias or anything. Say you had to sell your G and get a car for cheaper insurance. What would you get?

 

Older cars are cheaper. My 87 Pathfinder is only $163 a year to insure.
Oh, and newer small cars aren't necessarily cheaper to insure. I totaled a 2003 Sentra Spec V, then bought the G35 and my insurance actually went down. The reason is that a Sentra is considered a commuter car, therefore most likely it will be on the road more, more chance of it getting wrecked. Plus, you do about $8,000 worth of damage to a Sentra, it's totaled. $8,000 of damage to a G35 is still repairable.
