You like my e-mail to Chat @ Luther???

Hey Chad,

Just wanted to give you an FYI. After my latest experiences there at luther, not through sales, but through the service, our entire group will no longer be using Luther for any of our services.

Just recently I got a new steering wheel(about a month ago) in which they installed the WRONG wheel, as well as put it on about 2 notches off to the left so it wasn't on straight.

I dropped it off THIS MONDAY (the 22nd) at 10am, in which this week they've gotten the WRONG PART twice, and told me the wrong information 3 times. NOW, MARTY JUST CALLED and he just told me they WASHED MY CAR AND ITS READY TO BE PICKED UP? I SPECIFICALLY TELL THEM EVERY SINGLE TIME DO NOTTTTTTTTTTT wash my car...they're crap SCRAPES the crap out of the paint....and now on top of waiting for my car to be returned for 5 days because the WRONG steering wheel was installed, they do exactly what I told them NOT TO?

4 or 5 of us have agreed on our services and feedback....which we'll be moving our services, so your "event" that you were interesting in having, we're no longer interested.

Cheers!

-Lance Lisowski

LOL poor Chad. Just got ripped a new one..

Yea man, once you try out Lupient service, your gonna be blown away. Cookies, pop, nice waiting room, etc, and they cater to your every whim. When I told them not to wash mine, they slapped a big *** sticker to the window that said "DONT WASH!"

HAHA! It's no different then me telling them to get my car taken care of properly 3 times! For god sakes..... Heads up I'm posting some info on my information I found on the sway bars. I know a couple of you were asking about them and some were asking why I chose the Eibachs. Feel free to use this for any information you might be interested in for purchasing yours!

I'd raise hell lol. This is the exact reason I went to Lupient. They have won Infinitis Award of Excellence over and over and Luther, well they have not lol.

I'm right there with you man. Remember when they were trying to fix the rattling in my interior? the rattling spot is still there, there are new spots now all over, the interior roof got dirty and "cleaned" 2-3 times by them and i can still see some residue to this day. i brought the car in twice during oil changes to find out what that rattle was and they claimed nothing but now its oil consumption. i guess thats all i can think of! i might fill a complaint too once i get this OC issue figured out.

oh don't worry, I wrote another one after I actually picked up the car only to find out the wheel was crooked, and the the dumb f#cks don't know how to drive a car without scraping the sh*t out of the front bumper ont he ground

When i went to go pick up the car, got down on my hands and knees to check the front before i even got in the car.
I'm GLAD the service MANAGER Rudy is the one that walked me out, because I literally gave him a piece of my mind. Asked him WTF their problem was and WHO THE F*CK they had working here, just spent 700 to have my front IMMACULATE only to have dumb f8cks drive my car around and scrape the sh*t out of the front.

I was yelling so loud there were 2 guys inside the shop that came out.....UUUUUGHHH

I agree. He is actually the nicer one out of them all. But really rudy, Jim and mardy aren't the big of an issue if they had good techs but every one there doesn't know what he's doing.

Jim will come out to tell you that your engines blown and you need a new motor with that same goofy grin on his face.

"Yea.... it looks like your going to need a new motor. Should only run about $12,000. We can have one ordered and here by next week if you'd like?"
