HAPPY MARCH Everyone. So? WHen would everyone like to plan for the first meet?? Do we want to say the first C&C??

 

When is the first CnC? I think it would be nice if we wait till about mid April so the street sweeper can have time to take most of the gravel off the streets?!

Ps, Lance let em know when you're planing on getting your car buffed and where cuz i'm thinking i might get that done with ya. He// we might even get a discount for getting 2 cars done at the same time

I would have to agree Hossam...the first C&C is April 2nd which will be too early for me to pull the car out I think. I can't STAND the sound of sand and crap flying up hitting my bumper. May 7th is the 2nd cars and Cafe so I think that might be a good date to shoot for?? That way I feel a a litlte more comfortable w/ my wheels coming in on time.

Sad to hear about the Ipod man...dang. As for the buff, I'm checking into it. Nick(my old roomate) knows a guy that does a 2 day turnaround on cars. He has his own shop and everything. I'll let you know, I haven't given him a call yet.

 

That is what I am thinking.
First meet i think we should hold our own 'spring opener' type meet. Maybe at Lance's house? or a park. Idk. Wherever works.

BTW Lance, there is a chance I'll be home Friday night. If I decide to pull the trigger on this car this week, I'll probably swing home Friday with a friend and pick it up. Then I can come over and give you a first look and buff out your trunk.

FOR YOU COMING FRIDAY...would be perfect, as long as your PLANS don't change again I'm avoiding putting in my tails until the trunk gets done to make it a bit easier. I def wouldnt' complain being the firs tto see the new whip either!!!!!


For a "spring opener", I must admitt..its much easier not having to haul a grill somewhere :-) I'm going to message Dave and see where he's at for the Z meet as well. I just contacted Luis/Tyler (founders of C&C) and they both gave some great tips for our spots and "reserved section". There is indeed a japenese section already reserved which was small in the past. They are expanding it this year because there was another building build this past winter, and new asphault poured meaning we'll have a brand new area, JUST FOR US! JANIK YOUR AUDI GUY CAN SUCK ON THEM APPLES!!!!!!!!

 

My dad wants to buy one of those garage things at the automotorplex. Hes been contacting some guys whose selling one of them. It would be his 'investment' i guess lol

I'll tell you what, Lance. If i pull the trigger, I'll come home and get the car. If it doesn't work out, I'll wait.

But as of now, it looks pretty promising. I'll just get up Saturday morning and drive back to Fargo though haha I'v only got a week until Spring break. I just want my new car.

It was nice to plan, but literally the entire 11 months was spent making offers, negotiating, bargaining, lowballing, and then a full month planning a trip down to GA to pick up the actual car I decided on!

...kind of hitting a brick wall with funding though with a wedding 3 months from today!
