It was long enough time for me.
Throwing things into the mix though, I found a fully options 07 sedan with 45k for 24k at Carmax. Id have to have it transferred to Omaha though for $600, then I lose the warranty and certification.... but it is in the color I want (platinum graphite)

eh...i'd prob avoid the one where you void the warrenty and cert. "value" of the car drops quite a bit if you void it because of its resale value.

No the 07 just doesn't have that same certified warranty as the 08. I am leaning towards the 08 because for like, a grand more I can get a year newer car with 15k less, and a certified warranty. And I also wont get the same interest rate at Carmax and I have to pay a transfer fee of $600 to bring it to Omaha.

For a grand, the miles alone, or the one year newer, OR the warranty are all worth by themselves, but together I think it's a no brainer!
