U two are hilarious

 

Haha, I have my Nikon D5000 and I don't think there is any need to go above the 12 mp unless your actually gonna do some crazy cropping or blowing up. Just remember that today's TV's that everyone is raving about is only 1920 x 1080....which is 1.2MP!! I'm waiting for something come out that actually displays a great picture at 58" and doesnt cost me 3gs for a damn Pioneer LOL!

I love my Nikon cuz I can still do 1080P movies, just 5 minutes long, the best part is in the rotating lcd display! Albeit Canons is a bit higher quality and stationary. I'm still gonna say I like Nikons more for their ISO, low light res is still best in the sub $1000 cameras over the other brands. Just make sure not to get a Sony Alpha I have to admit, I do like the way my Nikon focuses, it feels a lot more solid than the Canons do. But this is all from when I was shopping between my D5000 and my T1i a year or so ago. If Lance doesnt go crazy on something and he's still my passenger he can do some recording with my HD camcorder and/or my SLR as well. I doubt there will be a shortage of pics/movies lol

 

Mike, any word on those walkies? Th should fond out their range and quality! I'm really thinking of picking up a set for myself and if you can get a good deal on a nice set, you should hook me up.

Lance, any updates on ur wheels situation?

 

Mark is trying his hardest working with WORK to get them completed by the end of April. But they also come over in shipments via crate which they only do one shipment a month(scheduled to be on the May 15th shipment).

Just registered on the forum today. I am buying a 2010 G37x coupe this weekend in Chicago, so I wanted to stop by and say "hi".

I live in the Twin Cities and I've been a big car nut for a very long time. I'm hoping to make some meets once I get my new car.

I'm also a huge Mitsu nut and I've been pretty active in the local car scene for quite some time, so I may know some of you from local car shows or meets.

Can't wait to start driving my G!

I'm going to be out of town on the May 7th weekend. I was planning on going to the Cars and Coffee until I realized I wasn't going to be around. I've been to a lot of them over the years. I run the MN 3/S club (3000GTs and Stealths) I'm sure you've see some of 3/Ses there before. We've gone as a group several times before.

Hope I can make some of the other G or Z meets.

Nice man! For meets themselves, I put together a lot of the dates & routes for cruises together. It'll be nice to have another's ideas as to what you guys maybe have done over the past few years.

Thats cool. I can definitely give you some ideas for meets and events. I've ran the MN 3/S group since its inception in 1998. And I've put together well over 100 meets before. If your curious, my website is Minnesota 3/S I've got pictures from past gatherings. There are a lot of them. LOL

I'll post some pics on here once I get my G home.

Thanks Lance! I'm gonna have the headlight housing painted by a buddy of mine soon, and probably have VIP Motorsports tint the taillights. Or should I have them painted GT-R style??

 

Yep, I know Derek very well. Back in the old days we hung out a lot. I've stayed at his house before. It was shortly after he bought it. He has been trying to sell his Stealth in the last year.

Janik, were you always getting nailed in Fargo for tint on your old sedan, or was down here in the cities? I really want to go 35% all the way around, but when I had 5% on my Stang, I got 3 tickets in 2 years by state troopers. No need to get harassed by them again.
