Dyno tune required for k&n air intake?

I'm looking to buy this 2010 Infiniti g37xs and the guy informed me he put a k&n air intake. Does your car require a dyno tune after just that? Not sure wether to believe him or not!

Correct? Is this a kn drop in filter or kn short ram intake? Seems like in the picture it's kn drop in filter which replaces the original oem filter but either or you won't need a tune

Anything other than the genuine Nissan paper filter will blow your engine up. Lol jk no you don't need any tune.

What they said. Also, remember that aftermarket intakes will not bring tremendous power gain.
