I have them, not bad, just not great but better than K&N since they are dry. Reuseable.

AFE Pro Dry S drop-in filters are also very good. Did a UOA from Blackstone with one installed and the silicon levels were very low (compared to K&N).

The R2C looks good though

Wow. I was after them for a few years to make some OEM replacement filters. Glad they finally have!

I would definitely go with them over any of the others. Their filter media is the best in the industry.

I just might put my stock intakes back on. lol

More air in equals more fuel needed to maintain the same a/f ratio demanded by the ECU. Bolt on mods on the intake side never increase fuel economy. Most fuel economy improvements are made through combustion efficiencies, including exhaust, which are either mechanical in design or through tuning. Yes, there are ways to improve fuel economy on the intake side but the cylinder heads are far, far more important as, on average, create 70% of the the total restriction on the intake side. So it won't matter how free flowing or big the intake is

Take this analogy. Simplify the entire intake side into a straight straw that leads to the combustion chamber. You can increase or decrease the diameter of the straw and that'll affect flow. Now add a restriction, representing 70% of the total restriction of the straw, close to the combustion chamber. It really won't matter what you do further upstream other than changing the length of the straw which is essentially pulse tuning. That's why the aftermarket intakes that are long tube produce gains, albeit super small gains. Then the owners get tunes where the timing and a/f ratio have a far greater effect on final power output. Shocker.

Adding filters to the stock airbox just isn't going to do anything. Go for the best filter you can get as clean, filtered air is far more important for the long term health of your engine.

I've been using the AFE Dry Pro-S drop in filters with good results. They pair nicely with my intake tube upgrades.
