Fitment issue with Motordyne ART pipes

I purchased ART test pipe from an authorized vendor. After installation , I noticed that right pipe (passenger side) is hanging down MUCH more than the other one . So I contacted Tony at MD and I explain to him this and i attached some photos , he said " the location of the passenger side (right side) ART pipe is correct , and it must be that way out of necessity of clearance on all makes and models of coupes and sedans " !!!

Right now the ART pipe (right side) almost scrape everywhere .

I had many HFC's and test pipes none of them had such fitment issue.
What do you guys think ? is this alright and it should look like that ?

Take a look at the attachments , first 2 pictures with Berk CBE and the rest with stock exhaust .

Thanks

That does not look normal. Hopefully more people with MD TP's can chime in.

I have the same issue .. His answers to the fitment issues of his products blows my mind . You also want to wrap them with header wrap because they make a very weird ting noise . After my right side Art pipe cracks and it will because of it hanging to low I am going back to HFC ...

No one can beat Berk HFC for quality (at least with my experience) . Everyone talks about Motordyn quality and customer care , i saw non of it . They supposed to be professional but its just advertisement , when you have an issue with their products simply they give you thousands of excuses . As we are stupid and know nothing about cars .

And yes they make very weird tiny noise , I test them with my both exhauts Berk CBE and stock exhaust .

Seems like its a hit or miss with their products.
Go fast intentions and don't look back.

Bump is this still an issue on the g37. I had arts on my Nismo 350z and no issues like this both were symmetrical and posed no scraping issues

Anyone?

I'll take a picture when my car gets back, but I have had no scraping on the stock suspension with mine.
