test pipe rasp?

hey guys. im getting custom test pipes done this week and im wondering if the noise will be raspy or not?? and is there any way i can fix it? bullet muffler or anything like that?

ya i'm gonna ask him about that, and another question. will my check engine light come on? cuz i really dont wanna pay for that **** to get fixed again

If the TP's come with an O2 sensor / anti fouler it should be fine.

resonator...resonator...resonator. If you're worried about the sound being too loud, you prob shouldn't be getting test pipes over hi-flow cats

i'm not worried about the loudness, its just i dont want it sounding retarded. i have stock catback. ill talk to him more when i call him back. thx guys

I wouldn't put test pipes or high flow cats on a stock catback, it sounds horrible IMO.

ANYTHING with stock catback is PURE rasp. HFC or test pipes....lose lose situation

If you are on stock exhaust then yes. I have the invidia gemini and I have non resonated test pipes and still no rasp

godamnit!!! what about a downpipe instead of test pipes with stock cat? is that raspy?
