FI Resonated Cats

Does anyone have any experience with the Fast Intentions resonated cats at all? If so have the cats eliminated or greatly reduced the rasp at all? I've got the Berk's at the moment but the rasp is pretty bad and FI is the only company I've seen with resonated cats but I'd rather make sure that they will help eliminate rasp before I get them.

Thanks!

Resonated HFCs. You can see them here:

Fast Intentions

This is the only product I've seen that has Cat+Resonators. I've seen the resonated test pipes before but not resonated cats like this.

Do you have an exhaust too? I was getting rasp with my ERZ HFCs, but it's totally gone now after installing my FI CBE.

I've got the ARK Performance Grip Exhaust and the Berk HFCs currently.

Ah... nice setup! Well, I'd imagine the resonated HFCs would cut down the rasp. That is the point of resonators after all! They are kinda pricey though, which is why you may not find many people with them. Might want to head over to the370z.com and do a search there.

Staples sold his a while back, you might want to PM him for his opinion on how he liked them:

I got them sitting in my basement. I just installed a y-pipe and wanted to see how that sounded before I put the hfc's on. I think the y-pipe might have increased the in car sound just a tad. Next time I have the car on the lift I'll try installing those resonated high flow cats. Hopefully they are not too loud for her.

Awesome. Let me know how that goes. I'd like to know what difference you see with them. I'm definitely going to buy some though as this is the only route to take . Well, except going back with the stock cats.
