Hello all, I have a 2010 G37 convertible. My master window switch recently malfunctioned It was not allowing 2 windows to roll up properly. I replaced the switch and all windows now go up and down with the switch opperation. I did the window reset when you roll the windows all the way down and back up and hold the switch off for an additional 3-5 seconds. The automatic feature works with the switches. Now, since I've done this, when I open the door the window the auto down/up feature no longer rolls down the half inch like a used to. Is there a procedure to fix this?
Disconnect the batt for a few minutes, to wipe the window setting memory
when you open the doors they will roll halfway down
close them
Then turn on or start the car, holding the window switches up for 10 sec or so
Hopefully that'll do it for ya

Thank you. I just tried this and unfortunately there was no change. When I first opened the doors, the windows did not roll down at all. I relearned the window automatic down feature, and unfortunately still no change. I also noticed while playing with it, the driver door window does not drop automatically when the convertible top is put down nor does it operate with the key as It did prior to installing the new master window switch.
