So to start off I had an engine replaced from a 2012 370z around 2020 and the car also had the ECU replaced presumably from the same car.(****ty local shop replaced, I learned my lesson) I have no purchased a tune from Z1 Motorsports as I learned my car was running lean and was trying to get the car dialed. turns out the ECU was tuned with UpRev so I downloaded UpRev and flashed the ECU back to stock and attempted to start the car but it would just crank over and over. So I assumed maybe I just need to flash the new tune I purchased so I flashed it to the Z1 level 2 tune and then the stock tune and same thing with both flashes. The car will just crank and won’t start. So I scanned the DTC and the car came back with a P1610(Lock Mode) and a P1611(ID Discord IMM-ECM). Any suggestions ? Rn I’m waiting to hear back from the tuner but I also did a bit of researched and think the keys just need to be reprogrammed or at least have the ECU relearn the NATS of the car?

 

Correct, quite possible the ecm you were running had NATS deleted and the flash to stock might have enabled NATS causing you not to start.

 

Yes my tuner got back to me and said they’ll send me a NATS deleted Flash, I’ll update once I get home and flash the new tune.
