P0300, service engine light only flashes when moving

2008 Infiniti g37s coupe 6MT

today I was going to get a car wash. As I was leaving my neighborhood, I didn’t see an oncoming car and had to take off real fast as I was already in the middle of the lanes. Car slip and abs light came on and the electronics started flashing. Due to my previous encounter with this, I knew my positive terminal most likely got disconnected as I still had the car running. Reattached the terminal and started the car back up.

once I started it back up, all the lights were off and stayed off for about 5 minutes while I waited to see if any came back on. So I continued to my destination and noticed whenever I went above 30MPH, the service engine light would start flashing. It would then turn off once I came to a stop.

checked the obd2 scanner and it gave me p0300 (random/multiple misfire)

is there any reason it would only come on while I’m moving? What can I do to fix this? Had an engine swap about 3-4 months ago, less than 2,000 miles have been added since then.

UPDATE: Went to AutoZone to see if their computer can give some type of solution to fixing the P0300 code, and was told it could be the MAF sensor. So I got some MaF cleaner and sprayed down the sensors. Put them back in after drying and cleared the codes and went for a test drive. No code for about 2 miles, then the service engine light started blinking again. Checked the code and it was p0300 again. Anybody have some advice before I just take it to Infiniti?

Check your PCV valve. If it is stuck open or closed it can throw that code. Also look for any vacuum leaks in your air intake.

Is that the little line connected to the intake that goes into the engine?

The line where the cursor is pointing at?

Did you ever figure out what it was? I had a cel for bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor, replaced it and reset the ecu, and still have the code and now cel is flashing when driving. Got code p0300 so not sure where to go from here.
