Recommended maintenance '08 37s 5AT

I recently picked up my 2008 G37s 5AT with 100k and was just curious as to which maintenance items I should check off my list first. It seems to have been regularly serviced from what I can tell.

Just going through the threads here it seems like it would be good to check/clean MAF's and TB's. Should I worry about changing rear diff fluid or leave it alone? And maybe a set of new spark plugs. Are these cars hard on ignition coils? Are there grease zerks on driveshaft and suspension joints?

The car seems strong to me. Everyone now has me worried about this oil galley gasket. I believe mine has some seepage. Smh. I usually do all my own repair work but this sounds like a nightmare and a lot of time under the hood. I'm not sure I want to lean over my G for 13.5 hrs!!

Go ahead and do the spark plugs. Coil packs don't need replacing unless one is bad.

definitely change the diff fluid, and clean the MAFs... doing the plugs wont hurt either..... throttle bodies may be a bit finicky if you don't have the patience to deal with complications that may arise doing the idle air relearn enjoy the car for a while and save it for later
