Just wanted to commend all the folks that contributed to this thread. Saved me a bunch of money as the local Infiniti dealer wanted $23 for the passenger side and $45 for the driver side wiper blades (not inserts)
While the driver side part number (#76622-STK-A02) was a total fit, but the Honda Passenger side Part Numbers (#76632-SWA-J02 & #76632-S73-J01 ) listed by folks on this thread did not work for my 2013 G37x. The base that holds the metal ribs was too thin.

With the help of a friendly Honda Parts guy I was able to find a Mitsuba MOB2-S2-085 (400mm) wiper insert. The Honda Part number is #76632-STK-A02. This insert was a perfect fit. Cost me $7.95

Just thought pass this along.
