Sharing some little-known facts about the wiper blades on the G37. It’s possible to beat the man and refill your wiper blades with an aftermarket silicone rubber insert.
Warning: the information below is for a 2013 G37 Coupe; sedan versions have a different passenger-side wiper blade length.
The OEM wiper blade and insert are made by Mitsuba. The G37 Sport Coupe uses these Mitsuba insert part numbers, which you can find molded on the wiper insert itself:
Mistuba MOB2-S2-085 (425mm, passenger)
Mitsuba MOB2-S2-105 (650mm, driver)
It’s a little-known fact that PIAA makes a silicone rubber insert that will fit the G37 OEM wiper blade. You’ll have a difficult time finding them in the United States, though. However, with the aid of Google and eBay, you can probably find them like I did. Note, these replacement inserts do not have the two metal rails, which you’ll need to reuse from your existing inserts. The replacement procedure is simple and doesn’t require any tools. Look at the bottom of the wiper blade and you’ll find a small arrow pointing in the direction of installation. Pull the existing old insert in the direction opposite of the arrow. Swap the two metal rails onto the new insert. Slide the new insert into the wiper blade in the direction of the arrow.
PIAA SMR425 (425mm, passenger)
PIAA SMR650 (650mm, driver)
Here’s one reason for refilling the OEM wiper blade. Look carefully at the design, shown below, and you’ll notice that the wiper arm attaches to the side of the wiper blade. This keeps the wiper arm tucked down-low against the glass, out of the view of the driver and out of the air stream. It seems that all aftermarket wiper blades are top-mount style, although, PIAA offers an adapter (P/N-94005 model AVH-1E) for the Aerovogue wiper blade. TricoFlex seems to have a semi-side mount design, with which I don’t have any personal experience.
The wiper arm is low, against the glass.
Notice the wiper arm mounted to the side of the wiper blade.
You can't see the wiper arm, can you Russ?
If you’re looking for the Infiniti/Nissan equivalent part numbers, you’ll have to search online. It seems that they’ve changed over the year or two since I last shopped for them. Additionally, recently I’ve read two different forum posts that Nissan is moving away from providing refills in favor of selling an entire blade assembly. However, don’t despair about Nissan possibly no longer supplying wiper inserts. As reported by Guy Gourdet here, Honda-branded wiper inserts also fit the G37 OEM wiper blade:
Honda 76632-SWA-J02 (425mm, passenger)
Honda 76622-STK-A02 (650mm, driver)
Enjoy!

Reason: Because I can. Three times.
I will look it up. I still have my original wipers for my sedan with hopes of replacing the inserts. For now I am using Trico Flex wipers. They’re side mounted like oe and perform just as good too. I got them for same price as the inserts, but I got the whole beam. Very happy with them so far.
I ask because I recently ordered 28895-CB08C (driver) and 28895-JK61A (passenger), which didn't fit my 2013 sedan (the base of the refills were incorrect shape to properly seat into the wiper arms).
