Help Hood stuck, won't pop anymore
How do you guys go about trying to fix this? The cable in the cable has no tension at all, so it seems like the latches are maybe still unlocked?
I tried pulling the hood up with finger tips, and the in cabin latch is still doesn't have more tension. Nothing is releasing.
I believe i may have pinched the cable when i reassemble the radiator cover. And more specifically, i think this happened when i stuck on the center screw.
How do you guys go about getting access to this cable? I'm reading the forums, but no one is giving a clear answer.
Do i have to open the side walls for both the passenger & driver side to get access to this cable?
Is it possible to get access if you remove the bottom engine cover?

The driver side was a no go. The cable was too stuck. I had to open the bottom engine bay cover, get a super long screw driver, and poke at the middle part where the wire was being pinched. Luckily enough, i didn't really tighten the area down, so it came loose when i poked hard enough... Lesson learned, when reinstalling the engine bay cover to make sure the cable is not in the way!
