Starting problems
I didn't drive my car (2008 G37S) for approximately 2 weeks. Drove fine the last time I had it out. When I tried it the other day, it wouldn't start and the battery seemed weak. So I charged the battery.
Now, the car turns over fine but won't fire up. (I have also tried it in "start" mode with the battery charger plugged in.) Since it is turning over, does that mean the battery is fine? Is it more likely the starter that might be the issue?
If it is the starter, would I be able to pop the clutch and get it going? (hate to get it out of the garage and down a hill if that won't work).
Finally, I hate to have it towed to the shop to have them tell me the battery is bad.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

Yes, the car cranks good with the charger off. The battery had somehow gone low during the time I wasn't driving it (maybe 2 weeks, or so) but it seems to have taken a good charge.
When I press the ignition, it sounds like it want to start but never does. Then it stops cranking. When that process is done, the dash lights are on and my screen shows the "check engine soon" light, the battery light and the oil light. (It also shows the tire pressure gauge - I have a slow leak in one of my tires which is the whole reason I stopped driving until I had time to find that).
My old Durango has a strong battery I could use to jump it but since the car seems to be turning over fine with the charger off, and also wouldn't start with battery charger connected, I am starting to doubt that the battery (less than a year old) is the problem.
Update: Was going to try jumping it with my Durango just to see what would happen and I got the thing started. My newest theory is that my tune needs tuned.

if your engine is cranking your starter is good. your next step is to check secondary ignition and fuel. see if your spark plug is giving a strong spark and check fuel pressure. in addition do you have any aftermarket alarm sys installed in your car? alarms can cut off the fuel to the engine.
