ticking noise inside cab

My g for some reason when passing 4500 rpm, I get a ticking noise inside my car by the steering wheel and when I seem to push it it ticks faster, does anyone know anything about this?

Same problem. I took it in and it had to do something with some plastic getting stuck inside the gears that turns the needle.
