Well,

Is the car an X for starters? I don’t care if you have a Stillen supercharger with every other mod in the world. The Jatco 7 speed is awful.

and second are you sure if was a 250? Lots of people in my area love to put 250 badging on an 350 and with that car no way of really telling since both have dual exhaust.

I say start with contacting the tuner. Could also just be crap gas as well.

With Ecutek those shifts are normal, I have the same thing after a tune. It feels like a single clutch where it bucks when you are in the higher RPM range. Talked to the tuner and he also experiences that in his personal car and it is just the way Ecutek has it set up. They do not have much control over the transmission pressure lines to make the shifts smoother. As far as it being slow idk what to say bud. Looking at the log you posted you are mainly cruising, so if you can upload a 3rd gear pull.

Trans harsh shifts are common with tuning. I'm on Uprev and my neck will feel them if I'm not careful. Besides this you should have no problem dusting Is350s left and right. Your best bet is to Dyno while this is happening so you can reply to Admin with this.
A log will and wont do much since a quick overview can be dismissed however if you have the log and a dyno run it will show additional proof of a problem. Usually most of the email tunes end up being a copy and paste tune if you did not specifically have your logs altered.
Usually ends up in your car hitting a parameter that the original car did not see. For ex: if you started to have fuel pressure issues or clogged cats the tune will try to run as it was supposed to however since the setup has changed it would explain.

You're on the right path. Good luck.
