Fuel damper. It is rare for those to fail/ leak, but anything is possible. Where is the gasoline leaking from - the rubber hose or the metal housing itself? Either way the whole unit gets replaced. Here is a link to replacing the damper.
If you are not comfortable/ skilled in doing these type of repairs, I would strongly suggest you find a qualified, trusted mechanic to do the job. It should not take more than a hour, 2 at most.

There is an rubber o ring. Probably it is damaged. If this is your problem its like 2 min job...
Good catch. That all depends on where the gasoline is leaking from. If gas is leaking from between the two flanges, then replacing the o-ring will likely solve the problem. If the leak is from the rubber hose or from the metal damper housing itself, that will require replacement. This diagram may help:
