Installed the RJM v3.1 Clutch pedal today! OMG for two reasons:
1. PITA to install (for a big guy like me)
2. What a difference! This should be stock on all G/Z cars.

I got a mark like that in mine. Bought it that way. Saw a GS350 with the same mark. It sucks, but could be sewn to lock better, not perfect.

I called around to a couple of mobile shops and they want $175 to come out and fix it. He did say that since it is perforated leather, it may be noticeable once fixed, but he could do the entire panel for $350. It's such a small tear but I know it can/will get bigger if I don't fix it.

If they use leather that perfectly matches your other seat that whole replacement sounds like the plan, that repaired area will always attract your attention and an extra $175 isn't bad knowing that it's back to perfect.

you could always look at getting a new seat panel from a wrecker or even just the cover for that panel from ebay...these parts are quite ubiquitous nowadays and you should be able to get them for way less than the 375 depending on which seat panel it is

What did I do to my sedan today? I scraped the bottom of my recently new chin spoiler, so there's that.
