OEM Midnight Grille is severely underrated. In person, the black bars are extremely pearly and the black is very deep and dark, it looks great.
And the OEM paint will hold up better than most paint jobs.

Here's mine. Metallic gloss black vinyl. Wrapped it myself with help from BLnewt's instructions. Been about 1.5 years and still looks like it did when I wrapped it new. Granted my car is always garaged even at work. As Rochester pointed out to me I only wrapped the 4 slats so it's slightly different than the midnight grille. Didn't originally mean to do it any different than the OEM one, but I think it's different and turned out well.

Looks to be a Stillen Grille. Like it and am rockin' it as well, but color-matched PG. Only available for coupes though AFAIK.
