Dealer told me squeezing sound isn't covered.. is this legit?

my G bought in 2011 has only less than 20K miles and it's still within 3 years factory warranty.

the noise comes from the rear panel so I called in , the service rep keeps telling me those noises are not covered to be fixed..

is this something CEO of infiniti can step out and yell at these guys?

From: Framingham Ma,
Was the car seen at the dealer or did you just call them and ask?

IIRC noise issue is only good within first year or first few thousand miles. Anything after that is dealer courtesy to assist under factory's dime. OP your dealer doesn'tt sound too helpful

You should probably go visit your local dealer, mine took care of my rattles and noises and I bought my car used from another dealer. The CEO of Infiniti???

Like I said technically dealers are not obligated to assist with noise issues unless within first few months of purchase. From the way they straight up tell you no means they are not very helpful at all. They can damn well charge factory time since you are under bumper to bumper warranty warranty so I just don't understand why they are being difficult. Try diff dealer? Can you take a picture of where the noise is happening?

Is it a low pitch sound that only happens between like 50 or 60 MPH? If so there is a tsb for that it's a driveshaft issue. Mine had it and they fixed it. I forget the TSB number but you can search for it.
