HELP! The dealership damaged my G37 while it was in service!!!! HELP!!!
The DRL for the sedan make it looks funky to my taste. To you it might be a few bucks, to me it's a few hundred to spend on other things.
You made out better than I.
I had a similar situation where I had my brand new G37 at the dealership to fix factory paint defects and re-tint the windows. Long story short, it took them 2 months to resolve everything because every time I got my car back, there was new damage to the body and paint. After much complaining, they gave me a free chin spoiler and installed the spoiler and midnight black grill free of charge. I had to buy the grill myself.
$h!t happens and I understand that. I was frustrated that the dealership people did not treat my brand new car with respect but the worst part was them not wanting to own up to the damage. One service adviser said the damage is no big deal, all cars get damaged over time. This is true but I just paid a lot of money for a brand new car, not for a used one with damage and my odometer had not even reached 200 miles.

I agreed. You should report that dealer to Infiniti regarding ****ty services. True all cars get damaged over time, but those damages was caused by the dealer and not you, so w/e that service guy said is stupid and irresponsible. Yup, we bought a brand new car and paid a premium for it, so it should be well taken care of and not some 2nd rated crappy services.
I always prepared for the worst that the dealership might B.S with me. So I talked to a lawyer friend as well. After every conversations with the dealership, I put it in writing (email) to recap what was discussed and email it to them & cc myself as well to let them know that I have things documented.
