HELP! The dealership damaged my G37 while it was in service!!!! HELP!!!
the GM of the dealership just called me and proposed this solution. Tell me what you think:
So he's going to pull hood and rear bumper from another Moonlight White G37 from the lot and replace it with the damage parts on my car. He says they'll make sure that it matches overall. He also mentioning about they'll work up some incentives add on as well.
What do you guys think?

So I did take that deal! I just want my car back so I drive in it and not some loaner! You guys all know how it's, you buy a car so you can drive and enjoy it! You feel more comfortable in your car than someone else car.
That and some coupe wheels and midnight black grille would def make me happy. Also I wonder if they would fix the parts off your car and try and sell the other car as new and no damage. If they did I would suggest reporting them to the BBB as someone is going to get shafted on that new car.
I have to wait for my car to be fixed first and everything is square with documentation.
My lawyer friend told me to document everything and contact her if it's not restore back to original.

-Rear deck spoiler <---I got the small chrome piece, does that count as a spoiler?
-Front chin <---I don't think I want to leave my car to them longer to have the send away to paint anymore.
-Lighted door sill plates <--I have on car already
-LED Daytime Running Lights <--would love to have, so I should call the GM and see if that feasible?
-Extended Warranty <--I have on car already 100K/10yrs

You might want to give the paint a good look over after they install to new panels. Paint quality differs day to day from a manufacturing stand point. Some days it may be more watered down than others which might give it a bit of a different tint. Be sure to check the car while it's out in the sun or at the very least ask them if they have a florescent bulb hooked up to a battery that you can check the paint quality with. I know some paint shops and detailing shops that have a florescent bulb attached to a car battery so that they can check paint quality throughout the job.

Thanks, sir! I'll request that to check paint quality or if they don't have it, I can always bring it to a body shop and have them take a look. I don't mind paying the body shop like $100 something to check it for me. I just want the dealership to be responsible for the fixes and fixed it correctly.

i'd skip dealer service credits since dealer service is overpriced anyways so you are not getting full value. whereas their cost for the accessories is much less than you pay, thus becoming an easy sell to them and a great value to you. as long as the paint and panels match up though...
My suggestions...
Splash guards? Sport side skirts? Incentives for major services?

That's my cue to move on. Good luck in whatever comes, OP.
