G37 Rear Ended - Thoughts?

That's not a bad thought... My car was pretty mint, 50k miles, no issues, well maintained... While I might have a bit more peace of mind getting the total value back instead of a car, I don't know if I can deal with the headache of car shopping again! Are you driving a rental currently? And do they provide it until you find a new car? Good luck to you in finding a suitable replacement!
As for car rental, check your insurance agreement. We paid $20 for 7 days and SF covered $145. SF would cover up to $500 rental, but things are different with each policy.
Since we settled, we now have 7 days with the rental before we have to return it, of course we pay the $20 again.
