Been REALLY considering swapping my OEM sport rims for the older style G35 18s (7 spoke).

I think the design is much sportier than the "Webbed" rims on the sport sedan, the sizing should make them fit perfect in the wheel wells (18x8 +30), they clear sport brakes, and sets are available for a bargain (not to mention I could reuse barely worn OEM tires).

Main thing holding me back is lack of photos of newer G sedans with them installed, but think I'll pull the trigger if a nice set pops up. Anyone else see a G37 sedan with these installed?

Hoping you gurus can help me out here. I need to purchase a set of SS brake lines for my Akebono upgrade and I'm unsure as to which kit to purchase....

Do I purchase a kit meant for my 2010 X Sedan, or do I purchase a kit that's meant for the 08+ Coupe Sport models? I have already picked up new 17mm banjo bolts for the Akebono calipers, however they were unable to answer my question regarding brake lines.

You serious? That's one crazy expensive axle-back, but with a sound that's unmatched on this car. If you do start a build thread, link to it here.

Man, I feel like a total tool now. Totally whored up this noob's thread, tried to fix it, but only made things worse.

ouch. ouch.

Well, it's finally time to start mucking around with the suspension. I'm negotiating for a set of coilovers, and I'll be picking up a set of sways in the next month. Gonna run out of signature space...

Given a choice between Journey rims, Duckfeet or these... I'd take these. Although I'd take the 19" Sport Coupe rims over all of them.

See that looks awesome. I can't wait to get my 19s done. Hopefully I can get them done and back sometime in the next couple weeks. Gonna order my tires after I see the rims done and ready. No need to rush.. lol. Those 18's look nice man.

Just throwing ghis out there... have you heard of ISC suspension coilovers for the G37x?.. I have been looking into alternatives to Megan & BC due to there clanking and clunking noices.
ISC coilovers have been used by the Subaru and BMW guys for years with good reviews and no reports of clunking nioses on there forums. Recently they released coilovers for the fr-s and genesis as well.
ISC has there N1 coilovers available for the "X" for around the same cost as Megan & BC.
They look good on paper and might be what the "X" guys have been waiting for?......

I've heard of ISC coils, but only in the context as the cheapest MSRP out there.

Patience is a b1tch, isn't it?

Waited over 6 weeks for my cats, and it's going to be another 4 before they're installed. It's been a week since I ordered my rims, and don't realistically expect them for another 2 or 3... and can't put them on the car for another 4 or 5.

I need another hobby. Wonder what my kids are doing?

Is the only way that ARK exhaust comes is with those massive, burnt-Ti tips?

Well I planned on getting them eventually. Originally I was going to buy the Stillen cat back then a couple of years down the road buy the GT Haus but decided just to go for the GT Haus first. I'll start with the axle back first then the mid pipe.

No, I've seen the tips polished SS as well. But you're stuck with the super massive 4" tips.

That's GTK about the SS option. But... you sure they're 4.0"? Because they look like 4.5".
