Exactly! The 'Ricans we do have down here are fiercely ethnocentric. LOL
My step mother is full PR and there is only two ways to insult her,
1) put salt on her home cooking
2) compare 'Ricans to Cubans.

I learned you can't fit a 2' x 4' piece of plywood in the trunk of a G37. So now I need my wife's MDX. And of course she has a laundry list of errands she wants to run, and since she can't drive my car, my home improvement project is on hold.
Sorry about the cold weather. I just found an oil leak on my Harley Davidson. Looks like the front cylinders head gasket.
Good thing it's still under warranty. It's always something though.
These beauties arrived yesterday. I plan on tearing them apart this coming week and drop them for powder coating.

This may be a stupid question, but will the Akebono calipers work without the larger discs? Or does the diameter not permit this? I guess if you buy the sport calipers might as well get the discs huh?
The only stupid question warped is the one not asked. I'd say anyone who has done the BBK upgrade from stock to Akebono would know. I'm interested as well because I'm going to eventually do this as well. Mechanically speaking though I'd imagine the diameter of the rotors might be the same or close, but the thickness might be different.
Oh and if anyone hasn't read the wheel thread I found a set of OEM coupe sport 19s to blast and powedercoat! Thinking strongly of a GTR gunmetal color.

Big brakes require a larger braking surface hence the larger rotors (disks) so it makes no sense in getting the calipers and not getting the, much larger than stock, rotors. The two go hand in hand.
Thanks Zoster. I figured as much. In the meantime, I've been researching my suspension setup. I think I'm gonna go with either Eibach or Swift springs and buy a front and rear camber kit just to be safe. I imagine I'll be upgrading to coils next year, as well as a BBK.
The eibach drop is a bit milder than the Swift so with the eibachs you will not need a camber kit. I need a came kit now with my coilovers since I went lower than what I was before.

As Alfredo could explain better than anyone, after the Spanish-American War, Puerto Rico was ceded to the United States as a protected Territory. Like Guam, and the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico is a Commonwealth. They use US Currency, and are American citizens, even though they can't vote in federal elections, because the USA is a Republic not a Democracy, and PR isn't a State.
History... blah blah blah.
The larger point is that I'm just teasing Alfedo, because it's fun.

Ricans in NY = Marc Anthony?
