Browsing through the review forums, it seems Z1 has released a master cylinder brace for the 370Z, which is confirmed to fit the G as well.

Z1 Master cylinder brace installed. - Nissan 370Z Forum

I have no complaints about my Gs brakes (running the NISMO pads), but I wouldn't mind if the pedal was even stiffer. Thoughts?

Happy Friday to all of my G37 Sedan friends

Just wanted to let everyone know that we've filmed the installation video for the plug and play G37 Sedan Tail-as-Turn™ and expect it to be available within the next few weeks (just waiting for the packaging to show up)

Have a good weekend everyone!

Nick C.

Avoiding personal technology like the plague, I finally gave in and got a smart phone. Turns out I can pair it to the car not just as a phone, but as a streaming audio device, for bluetooth playback of music.

OK... that was pretty cool. Wireless Neil Diamond, LOL.

Welcome to 2008

I personally felt like they BT streaming lost significant quality. I plug into the center console USB port.

It wasn't until late 2009 that I got my first smartphone too. I had a flip before, mostly for voice and receiving of texts. Composing texts on a flip phone was just too difficult.

These days, while others have migrated to snapchat, whatsapp, facebook, skype, etc, i'm still just using basic sms. I have embraced google voice and now only give that out. I don't even know the phone's actual cell number. I'm a techy person but still highly value my privacy. Apps like those listed above practically request every permission available.

Fwiw, I can't drive and speak at the same time, at least not in reverse. Last time I tried (with phone coupled via BT to the car), stalled the car.

Do you expect it to be priced the same as the coupe version?

Agreed. I switched from Apple Music over to Spotify so I could use the wireless networking capability for my music. People spends big $ on sound systems and then use bluetooth for streaming.

I mean unless you're listening to lossless (FLAC) audio, the whole "bluetooth" thing doesn't matter. Just like people complaining about audio quality when they're listening to music on their phone.

I'm not an audiophile by any measure. There is however a noticeable difference in quality listening to the same mp3 streamed from the phone via bt vs on a flash drive plugged directly into to the car. The difference becomes even more so as mp3 quality goes up.

Right but the premium Spotify subscription is MUCH better than the compressed crap Apple, Pandora, etc. send out. Thus not using the BT does matter.

Agreed, especially at higher volume. As an added bonus my phone charges

Surprisingly, I have a Marshall Kilburn portable BT speaker, and there seems to be no difference in plugging in (3.5mm jack) vs streaming.

I believe there's different versions of BT audio streaming. Newer generations support higher bw. Not sure what the G is compatible with.

How are you using a 1/8" stereo input with a '12 MY car? Is there an adapter to go from 1/8" stereo to usb?
