Oh man. I misread yours. I thought it was $1300 for a year. Your rates are almost what I was quoted as an 18 year old with a new crotch rocket. Thats pretty crazy. I would most definitely shop around for sure.
My dependant BAH rate increases by $500. With my rent being $922. Its a pretty noticeable difference. I'd have to look up your area to see what it's worth. I want to get into a recruiter position at home in the Bay Area of Cali and live with my mom to save all the BAH, which is like $3,300

I still have another 2 months before my policy renews. So far Nationwide is looking to be the best bet. What branch are you in? Marine Corps right here
I had USAA for a few years and finally switched. I did have progressive which saw a nice decrease every 6 months with USAA it stayed the same. I am now with Amica since they offered a great deal with my home insurance.

I've been driving for 3 years now and I've had no tickets or accidents along with being active duty military. I figured I'd see my rates go down quite a bit more. Maybe it's time to look for another insurance company? Nationwide quoted me at $1000 for full coverage which sounds great.
Here's one but it's a bit raw. Lugs, detail, perspective, camera..... The wheel guy took it, bless his heart. Daughter got a DSLR from Santa so hopefully an overall improvement in the future.
My girlfriend's brother lived in Minot on the AF base for awhile, he hated it. It's cold here but Minot is awful. Just a small oil town with a base nearby.
