Can understand if you think that way, esp if the context is the V36, but not much of a concern of mine, apparently same as Nissan/Infiniti, considering the V37 badging overseas

This is how the V37 is, 350GT/Skyline on back, Infiniti elsewhere (front grille, cabin). I like where the 350 is too, like the orig G sedans

Not looking to justify or anything, just kicking around ideas

I don't think of opinions as bad things, they're often an opportunities to understand a different/new perspective

Kinda dislike the "3.7" more than I like it, just wanted to try something different, might try Skyline badging next. Think this fender emblem from the r34 GT would look neat

A buddy of mine in the Bay area has the GT emblems, I liked them before I saw his. Liked it a little more afterwards but am on the fence about doing it on my car.

I'm fairly certain this is the direction I'm going to go.Which may take me to a full swap... But I think I can resist, I'm wondering whether importing a Skyline or an FD would be more satisfying...

But if I can't resist I would like to get a new airbag cover for the steering wheel but am hitting a bit of a wall on that so far. I don't really want a Nissan cover, would prefer a blank or custom cover.

At my kids varsity game, looking back on the parking lot at half-time.

Can you spot my car?

^^^^

You could've probably walked directly from home and had a shorter hike.

JK. I'm sure you're not the only one on this forum that parks in the back forty (edit: blnewt is a case in point). Every time I do that, though, some joker parks right next to me.

Yep. Here's the zoom in on that same shot. 50x zoom camera, FTW.

Lol John, That camera zoom is quite impressive! Those rear license plate bolts sure stand out, way too much. Are they washers or is that the bolts themselves?

** That fitment though**

Well, if you followed any of the silly effort I put into that project this year, the current state didn't come about for lack of trying. Thanks, man.

You were missed at the meet-up, Ahmed.

Trick of the light. Those are VMS Fender washers, in a gun-metal finish.

...with a simple "Cruiser" plate frame, in black:

Same setup in the front.

Damn John, your camera can zoom that far, nice. I too would park that far but sadly that could invite some tomfoolery from silly kids.

Also, your kid is on varsity huh? Any good?

I need to change out my rusted screws holding my plates, they look hideous. You have a classy option for your plates.

Unfortunately i couldn't make it due to my grandfather being in the hospital and is very ill. I'm just glad you all had fun and we can def meet up some other time this year or wait for next year's meet.

$550 for coils?? Geez. That price makes them tempting to pick up before I even get a G.

That price does seem very tempting although I wouldn't want to spend the money on something I might not end up being happy with and for that price (I probably wouldn't be happy). I'm guessing the basis model doesn't come with dampening adjustment right? Anybody has anything worthy sharing regarding Tein basis coilovers? Just curious
