The engine bay is looking great Chris! I really like your oil catch can. It looks super trick with those 4 hoses going into it.

Thank you sir! It's coming along nicely but I have to be honest, I'm looking forward to finishing. If that ever actually happens?

So unfortunately this happened yesterday. Never let your girl drive your car! Took a turn and mistook the accelerator for the brake, the rest is history...... I'm really left up in the air, I don't know what my next move will be, but from my impressions with the insurance is that they are probably going to total it out.

Thankfully everyone was able to walk away from this with just a couple scrapes and bruises.

Hope everyone's Memorial Day weekend was better than mine.

Oh man, Pedro... that completely sucks.

It's only a 2011, so it might not total. But then again, you might wish it had.

I wish it will, I wouldn't want to deal with any headaches down the road. But from the looks of it, they might. They told me to remove the plates and registration before the tow pick up this week.

Fingers crossed. Hopefully this will be settled soon.

I just ordered a set of the new Conti DWS06 today since I got a flat tire over the weekend. Will post my thoughts when installed tomorrow

Sorry to hear about your car Pedro. Glad everyone is ok. How fast was she going at impact? If it's just primarily sheet metal, they may not total it, but it's completely at the adjuster's discretion. Hopefully they'll get you sorted out quickly.

Pedro, tough to see that
Glad you guys are OK, cars can always be replaced, but sure is a shame.
G/L with the repairs or the replacement if it comes to that and hopefully you'll have smooth insurance dealings.
