This guy is way heavy on the hyperbole, but still... all kinds of awesome here...

And a twin-turbo V6 in the new Coupe... oh my.

I'm not getting my hopes up on the Q60 like I did with the Q50. If JDN was right about Infiniti shelving the Q50ER then I'm almost willing to bet that the production version of the Q60 will be very watered down version, although the TT-V6 leaves some hope.

Either way I'm not certain I would go infiniti again. Would like to keep this one for some time yet but I'm thinking I'd like something a bit bigger next car. And something I won't be tempted to mod.

True. I'm not sure I'd but another Infiniti, at this point. Looks like they're going too soft imo. I'm really hoping to get a S7 next.

Depending on what happens I may need to go SUV again.

Right now though, I'm happy and enjoying modding the sedan. I'm not enjoying what I'm spending but that's my own damn fault.

Side note, I finally got my winter tires mounted and installed today. Turns out I like the Fitment of the squared fronts more than the squared rears. It's only a -03 difference, go figure. I may swap my tires come summer, that would shave another 3lbs per corner. We'll see.

Same here, love my G, planning to keep it until after 2020 (crazy to think!), at which point, depending on where life takes me (geographically, financially, family), I'll likely go Lexus (GS) or Audi (A/S6). And by then, the G would probably sell for so little that I might just keep it for the weekend morning drives, who knows...

Once MT is out of the equation, the options become much greater and Infiniti becomes more out of focus, for me at least.

I'd love to go MT but, as you said, a lot depends on where life takes me. I thought I was heading in one direction but appears there may be the possibility of a turn or two coming. If so that will put me back in the market for an SUV for a variety of reasons. But like you, I'm thinking I'll hang onto the G for weekends and summer. I like, really like, the Audis but depending on geography I'll most likely wind up in an Explorer or something similar.

That's when you strip the interior and make it a track missle. At least that's my plan.

Am I reading this right? Most of you guys did not know about the hiss? Becomes much more apparent after an exhaust is installed (assuming you already had your HFCs in).

If you do a search on VQ hiss on here and g35driver, there are a good number of threads about this topic.

From my experiences, the hiss is only prevalent on deceleration within a certain RPM. I don't think it's that bad to be honest...is it bothering you alot AroundTheG37?

I think I'll be holding out to see what they roll out with the production version of this car and also what is next up for the MMC of the Q50. I love the idea of a TT V6!

Oh, my favorite quote from that video (which was the epitome of hyperbole) was, "You get the sense that the wind enjoyed it's journey through the car." LOL

I'll think about that quote the next time I eat Mexican food...haha, sorry I could not resist the sophomoric humor.

#FirstWorldProblems

Had to actually drive the G today, through sludge and salt, in order to get to the gym and back.

I feel so ashamed.

There's no need to feel ashamed...

Unless of course you did bicep curls in the squat rack.
