Sedan Chat Thread
I'm not a huge fan of the new body style yet. A coworker as a new GT in black, and I'm not real impressed with the exterior styling. But another coworker has a 2010 Roush stage 3 in black that I think looks gorgeous and sounds absolutely amazing, side note, he also has a Grand Cherokee SRT8 heavily modified too that sounds killer too.

I tested out the Camaro and Mustang before buying my Infiniti. One requirement was the ability to put a folded wheelchair into the trunk.
They both had the room, but the opening wasn't large enough.
Then I looked at the G37 Coupe...I couldn't find the trunk on that car

I also looked at the Dodge Charger, but several people told me to stay away, plus the price was too high.
So I went with the next best option...G37 sedan
I wouldn't buy a GM vehicle that had an ignition issue, not because of the ignition issue itself because I only keep one kep on my key chain, but because of how GM decided to solve the issue. I have another coworker that just bought a 2015 Camaro and this is their fix. If you're unfamiliar with the non push button fobs, you get a flip key. Well GM decided to take the flip key remote and take the key itself out and that's it. If they're having a lot of issues with the key in the ignition then why not make a push button standard? Simple fix right? Apparently not...

That's one of the things that bothers me about the G. I really want to try to figure out a way to get the QX50(?) FX35/JX35 remote start fob to work with the G37.

Absolutely. There's no denying it. The Challenger still makes me stop and look, regardless of trim level. But just like the Camaro, and the CTS Coupe, the Challenger goes from exotic to awkward in a split second, the closer you actually get to the car.
For some reason, GM and Chrysler lose their external appeal as you approach the car. Ford's Mustang doesn't suffer from that non-quantifiable property. The Stang is just as good up-close and inside as it is from far away. Problem is with Ford, the design bar isn't that high to begin with.
Pretty abstract assessment, I'll admit. I will also admit to liking all three pony cars (and the one luxury sport coupe) from a distance. I can't help myself. But as soon as you get close to them, Ford's new Mustang is the only one I remain somewhat interested in.

Sheesh John!!! It's like you're in my head, reading my thoughts...lol. You have quite the acumen for articulating the abstract, where I can read your post, and be like um, yeah, he's spot on with that...those are my sentiments exactly.
A buddy of mine has a 2011 GT500 and it's just hell on wheels, really an as$ kicker pointing in a straight line. With the new rear axle and upgraded interior pieces I think it should really be a force, and not only in brute HP but as a daily driver, and the GT350 might really hit the sweet spot.
Even just the base GT w/ the 6 spd and the 6 pot Brembos has serious potential. And like John iterated, it's the one pony car that can hold its' own under scrutiny as far as styling and the quality of the parts going into it.
Another little fun nugget is the OEM line lock if you want to put a grin on (while you melt the Pirellis)

This is an atrocity. I believe remote start is an option in the Altima.
Stepped out of the office today to see a pristine RS4 titanium pkg parked right out front

Not going to lie, my feelings were hurt. At the moment it's my favorite car on the road (barring maybe a GT2 or 3), I was crushed to see it drive away
