Thumbs down 2009 G37x sedan ..thank god lease is almost over...horrible car

Thank god my lease is almost over ...I will never by another Infiniti G37(X,Q??? or what ever carp model) car again ...I have had horrible experiences from day one. It has spent more time in the shop then me actually driving it. I have taken to various dealers and they are still unable to fix the vibration issue which exists throughout the car. Car drives ok up to 90km/h but anything above this speed or driving on the highways ...the drive is crap. On my long trips, I feel like shooting this car....what piece of ?><":. Downshifts or maintaining a speed on the highway ...the engine vibration, grinding noise ....what kind of crap engine did Nissan put in this model.

Based on this I will not be recommending this car to anybody...

Ok.

We have put a damper on the door so that it closes slow and won't hit you on the way out.

Bye.

The car was designed to be driven at 55mph or 90 KM. You should have read the owner's manual when you got it.

Why all the hate? Dude said he hated the car because he had one problem after another and is moving on to something else. No harm there if he got a lemon and had a bad experience. I hope he's happier with whatever else he leases next. So long as he's not one of the a-holes who gets rid of his G then hangs around in our G forum to continue to bash the G37 I'm ok with it. And if he becomes one of those jerkoffs in the future, it's easy enough to simply ignore him.

There's no reason to ban someone for having a negative opinion so long as they don't become a bona fide troll.

Best of luck and happy trails OP!

If you have vibration issues, you must have gotten into an accident where you dented you rims on a pothole.

There are no engine vibration issues with my car. If you clean the TB, it may get rid of it completely.

You're right BB, I apologize OP. Bad judgement on my behalf.

It does sound like he had a lemon, but I do question why he didn't try to have the dealership call it a lemon and get one that wasn't a lemon.

While I am not agreeing w/the OP - the above is incorrect. I had an out-of-balance front driveshaft - came from the factory that way. Much better now...but feel a like something is still a little off at 80-90mph...not that I have ever gone that fast...

I have the same model and no problem at all yet.
But at least it goes 125mph with no vibration.

Sucks that you had a bad experience. Good luck with whatever car you get next. What are you looking at?
