Radio keeps re-setting

I have a 2009 G37X Sedan. Over the last few days whenever I turn the car off, regardless of what I was listening to, the car resets to the iPod. It's a weird simple thing, but I'm hoping it's a basic fix. When I'm in the car I'm listening to the radio (station is 97.1). When I turn the car off then back on it is playing the iPod, and when I hit radio it's not even on the station I was listening to (it is on 93.3). I'm a baby, I know, but it's annoying. Anyone know what's up here?

I've had the same issue. When I turn my car on some times it will start playing the iPod even though I left it on XM, I have yet to listen to FM or AM since I bought the car. Other times I will leave it on XM and when I start the car back up it will go to the iPod connection and tell me that the iPod is not connected, even though there is nothing in my center console but my iPod. My guess is that it is the iPod cable. I bought a new cable when I bought my car (7 months ago) and it has only started doing this in the past few weeks.

Side note, are you from the Tampa area? Those were the stations I use to listen to when I lived there.

Thanks man--no I'm from Columbus, Ohio. 97.1 is the sports talk...93.3 I think is like some religious station haha. I'll try a new cord, maybe see how much they run on ebay or something. Thanks.

No problem, these may be cheaper than the ones on eBay.

Any solution to this? I have the same problem. Just about every time I turn the car on the radio is turned onto something other than what I was listening to. Usually I listen to the Radio or my phone through Auxillary and the car never starts back up with whatever I left it on. Furthermore, lately, the car keeps turning onto a random radio station 88.1 that I have never even listened to before.

This is a nit-picky type of issue but it is really annoying time after time.
