Oh well, looks better than any down here. Because thats all you see in Louisiana is plastidipped cars. It'll have to do for now till i get money to buy the real stuff.

You can purchase 3M red pads to rough up the plastic, a can of Duplicolor black paint, and clear coat. The project look pretty good for under $20 with a little more elbow grease and planning.

You asked for opinions. You got opinions.

At the very least, remove that crap from your side-view mirrors.

Give this guy a break lol. ..Its not even that bad hahaa..but yeah I don't get why you would paint your side mirrors either...and did you really dip your wheels? Do you have any other pics of your car? Did you apply clear coat after the dip? Or do they have a matte finish? Anyway, as long as u think it looks good that's all that matters ..

I went through my plasti-dip phase about 5 years ago on my 2004 g35. I would never let it touch my G37 though. But if its something you do and are happy with, who cares what other people think.

As for my sedan, I couldn't be happier with these wheels I got over the weekend.

Always been a fan of the M45 19's on the sedan. Looking good!

Thanks man! The difference between these and the stock 17s was night and day. I almost cannot even believe Infiniti approved those ugly 17s.

Plastidip in small doses (like the small trunk lettering) can look decent. It's when it's applied to the larger pieces that it looks out of place IMO. There are glossifiers that smooth the texture and get it looking more like real paint, and there are some wheel examples on the site that look pretty nice. Anyhoo, welcome to the site DaddyKane, you're interested in making your G unique, so hats off for that. I've had several things over the years that weren't approved by the masses, so you take your lumps and keep pluggin'.

pastidip away, but use a glossifier and a spray gun, not the can stuff. Or spend a fw bucks more and have a professional autoflex things for you.

One of the biggest upgrades you can do a G37 sedan is upgrade the factory sway bars to thicker, adjustable sway bars. I HIGHLY recommend the Hotchkis sway bars. Night and day difference in handling.

Morimoto 5500k LED projector fog lights are also a good first purchase. You'll get ther in time.

Welcome to the forums!
