Noise? No. Unless your bushings need to be re-greased.

Vibration? No. Unless your end-links are weak.

Harshness? Only in the context of how you feel an uneven pavement on a hard turn.

Ok so just the H. Which definitely changed the quality of the ride.

Coming from the AWD to aftermarket sport sways? Could be. The X is pretty sloppy in OEM trim, but it makes up for all that body roll with AWD traction. I'm guessing there's no way you would go back, though.

Been a while since I posted actual pictures here, instead of trolling with mean-girl comments. So here's the G today, pictures taken just a few hours ago. 32k miles, driven every winter, and approaching the 5-year point of ownership.

Even after 5 years... god damn, this car makes me happy!

Looks really good. Ever think about wrapping the roof gloss black or tinting the tailights gtr style?

Thanks, Swen. I've gone back and forth on roof wrap. I mean, we all have, right? But in the end... no. That would be full Oreo. And I like the red tails against Moonlight White, so that's always been a no on that mod.

The only other visual mods on my list still would be to have the headlights customized, and to re-do the rear bumber wrap.

Looks very clean - I would never go with the GTR tails on this ride..not sure why people go that route..looks so hideous.

Nice whip!!!

Well, that's your opinion. If done well, and w/ the right body color it can look just right, but that's MY opinion

I have seen yours

It don't count because you have a black car...trust me it wouldn't look good on white...especially with those wheels.

But yeah you're right. .it's just my opinion LOL...

I've also scratched the idea of getting a rear diffuser..I think it looks nice naked just like that...

Car looks great! Have you decided what you want for headlights?

I 100% understand what you're saying, and on some combos it does look quite out of place, and especially the solid black covers w/ the bright red GTR circles popping through. I know, because I had them first on my black G, and it wasn't a great look for sure, they were overlays. The tinted GTRs (painted, w/ Nightshades and a quality buffed clearcoat) is a much better blend, and on darker shades they look better vs. the lighter body colors

It's on the list, tentatively for 2019, but plans change, so who knows?

I'd like something simple... no LED's adds, just a simple paint job from 180Customs. And yeah, this one I've given a fair amount of consideration to, what to paint, what not to paint, etc.
  • Gun-metal housing
  • Chrome (unpainted) projector ring
  • Chrome (unpainted) turn-signal ring
  • Chrome (unpainted) grooved plate
  • Painted reflector
  • No-eyelid
  • Amber 180 decal on reflector

Everyone has a little bit of a different taste and i personally love the way it looks on white. But you're right, it depends alot on the wheels too
