Welcome! I've only owned mine for ~6mo. and coming from an older 5-series, I've also noticed it's got a fair amount of road noise. I'm told a new set of shoes may solve this problem though. Just food for thought. Hopefully that will dissipate after you get your first set of new tires. Congrats on the new wheels!

I'm not sure why people complain about RFTs on the BMW. I had a 335 and it was cheaper to buy new wheels and non-rfts and put the stock ones back on for the lease end.

27mpg is a pipe dream unless you just cruise. My g37 vert averaged less than 20, not that great to be honest.
