Definitely looking to put the 19" coupe wheels on my ADW sedan. anything I need to know? I am going to put all rears on the sedan. Will, I need spacers, etc? I assume these will be able to handle hte Akebono BBK as well? What tire size should I go with? I would like something lower profile for looks, but I always need these to be year round tires / wheels. Can I still lower the car with all season tires on it?

I'd get the spacers last, very easy to add later and then you'll know just how much you'll need, here's a good vid clip on how to measure

I'd go w/ 245/40/19 all around, that will keep your diameters virtually identical to what you're running now. Those wheels will clear the BBK And yes, you can lower the car w/ A/S tires.

Thanks man. I really wanted to put some 20" Vossens on it, but I might be selling this car in less than 2 years, and would need these wheels for winter anyway if I throw the Akebono's on it. IS ebay the best place to buy these? I don't mind spending more money for ones in better condition, but do not want to pay dealership prices. I was guessing around 1000 or so is what I would like to pay.

They show up often in the classifieds on myG37.com
you can also post a WTB (want to buy) thread listing the wheels you're interested in. $1k should get you a set and maybe w/ useable tires

While taste is a subjective thing, I'm pretty sure if you can't find an aftermarket ten-spoke 19" rim that looks better than the Sport Coupe wheels, then you really aren't trying hard enough.

Allow me to rephrase, having a hard time finding a wheel that compliments the G sedan as well as the sport coupe wheels do. IMO the design elements of most a/m wheels, vossens included, look out of place in one or more ways (at least for the aesthetic I'm after). Plenty of attractive aftermarket wheel designs out there, but don't want something that looks aftermarket if you get my drift

I still want coupe wheels.

It's not just looks, it's quality and price too. It seems that most wheels that are a comparable price to coupe 19"s are made in Taiwan or China or Asia somewhere. I have a had time believing they are going to have the same level of quality as the Japanese sourced OE wheels.

I have spousal unit sign off on wheels....soon

I got my coupe wheels for $400 with tires. I had to pay a couple bux to have the sensors swapped over but I can agree with the earlier statement that NO a/m wheel can come close to the good looks, price, performance, and reliability of the OEM Enkie 19" sport wheels. Period.

If you guys are in a hurry to find these wheels, you'll spend upwards of $1000 on them. If you have time and patience, go to car shows/meets as much as possible and go up to EVERY g37s coupe guy who has aftermarket wheels and ask where his stock wheels are. Most of them are just sitting in a storage unit or their garage and money talks. I walked to the ATM and straight back to the guy and asked if I could pick the wheels up that day.

Will the tpms from my stock wheels work on the 19"? I have a g37x. Are there differences in the 19? Like will 2009 19" work on a 2012? What other considerations do I need to make? I think I am about to buy a set.

Joining the club! Followed thru on a CL ad, met up with a real nice guy out in Reston, VA with a 6MT coupe, he was trying to get rid of his extra wheels before moving, scored this set for $400 cash which I was glad to pay

Tires are reg all-season bridgestones (Turanza), 245/45/19 all around, tires don't have great reviews but might try to get a few seasons out of them. Each wheel has typical curb marks, have plans to get these refinished in a darker silver/titanium/gunmetal color when I get around to it. Hoping to have them mounted sometime in the fall

Thanks for all of the photos shared in here! Certainly encouraged me to pursue a set
