Thanks for the idea, but ima keep it that way for now, probably in the future I'm going to powdercoat the wheels gunmetal or hyper black.

Looking good man, never really seen coupe 19s in that color. I gotta agree with Newt, that chrome trim could use some vinyl to really set the look off.

Any thoughts on running the following tire sizes:
215/35/19 front
225/35/19 rear

Anyone in here use this setup? Photos by any chance?

Considering picking up a set, not sure if the tire sizing is too small/off from OEM spec

FWIW would be mounted on an RWD S sedan with stock suspension

Are you looking into buying one of the sets from somewhere in MD? There are, I think... 3 sets available within a short distance from you.

If you don't plan to lower the car, I would get a bit more of a beefy tire to absorb some of that wheel gap, AND to help you out on ride comfort.
245/45/19 &
275/40/19

Difference of 0.07% which will give you almost a 100% even tread wear.

I just picked up a set for my X sedan and I'll be running a 245/40/19 on all 4 - just to keep all 4 the same.

Check this link to an offset/diameter calculator out that others have provided to me. You preset your 8.5" and 9" widths and enter the size tires you would like. Keep your diameter difference below 3% (get it as low as you can).

EDIT: changed rear tire size to 245/40/19 as that is what I meant to type.

STownSaint, Connor listed sizes that will work well, the sizes you posted are way too narrow and the diameters are almost 2" shorter, this would create all kinds of issues from your traction control, ABS, and speedometer.

Blnewt, I have a G37xS. If i buy the coupe wheels 19 staggered. I know the correct size for the front would be 225/45/19 and for the rear 245/40/19.
My question is if i dont plan on lowering the car what would be the best size tires to fill the wheel gap and without messing with the AWD

thanks

I don't mean to hijack but I would also go with the following sizes as mentioned above for STownSaint:
245/45/19 - front
275/40/19 - rear

The widths on these tires in comparison to the wheel widths won't give you any form of a stretch. I would recommend this as your best option if you do not plan to lower the car.

not a huge fan of the black wheels on black car unless they have a chrome lip, but that's just my opinion...drop looks good!

Stock is 225/45 and 245/40 R18. If you switch to 19" wheels you will need to change the tire size in order to maintain a similar overall diameter.

Thanks for the help guys, figured those tires would be too small width wise and sidewall wise, they are for sale in Brooklyn, a set of freshly powder coated gunmetal (that's what drew me in)

Ill keep my eye out for a set with better tire specs, def don't want to sacrifice looks, comfort or function

Coupe 19s dipped matte black with copper metalizer. Definite head turner but still not sure if I'll keep it.
