Not bad ClickClack, looks like you did a nice job w/ them. IMO those would look really good on a white G as well.

 

Yeah Newt when I initially saw this color it was on a white Audi. Looked sick too. I hated the look of it at 1st but its really growing on me. Certainly not something you see everyday.

 

That bronze looks great! I was thinking of going that route but the I decided on keeping it close to OE as possible.

One of the wheels I've refinished and powder coated Wheel Silver 2. Pictures don't do justice - they are much brighter in person

 

o man, this thread is tempting me. Probably gotta keep an eye out on the classifieds now lol

 

Be sure to check out Craigslist as well. I picked up a set for $200 and refinished them.

I had removed most of the imperfections and had a friend strip and powdercoat them for me. I've seen places charging anywhere between $50-$100 a wheel. Depends on size and prep time needed for the powdercoat process.

 

damn for $200? I would've grabbed them without a second thought...

Hey ClickClack, are those staggered or a square setup? I'm just curious if yours has any issues. Can you run your specs tire and wheel by me as well? Thanks.

 

I run the oem coupe staggered on my AWD sedan with no issues

 

There shouldn't be any issues as long as you get the right tires!

I opted to get a 245/45/19 for all four wheels. The diameter difference was next to none and way below the 1% difference maximum.

 

Wheels are staggered with 20mm spacers all around. Tire sizes are 225/45/19 and 245/40/19 no awd issues at all. Here's a better shot of the copper cleaned up.

 

Is anyone running a square setup with 4 G37S rear wheels ( 19X9 on all 4 )? Does anyone know if i'll have issues with this setup.
