Could use some advise for damaged goods x2

Recently purchased a set of Invidias (Q300's) for my sedan. First set came in damaged on both mufflers. Damages were the size of my fists on both mufflers. New set came in today, damages (looks like someone took a flat head and hammered it into the face of the muffler) were clearly visible. It's NOT invidia's fault. It's more than likely UPS'. They replaced the first set the first time around. Anyone have ANY sort of experience with this type of thing?

Not sure who to yell at lol...

Thanks in advanced fellas,
Eric

I'm thinking of sending my mufflers back to UPS, once Gordon gets a hold of me, and then yanking the $500 bucks they paid for the new ones. I suppose I'll just keep the old ones (damages aren't visible anyways). Can i even do that?

When I bought my Invidias they were packaged awesomely. If they were properly packaged by the shipper and damaged in transit, it's the carrier's fault and you have to file a claim through them. It's a PITA.
