Could you elaborate a little so when i throw it in his face I can sound like I know what I'm talking about? I should only pay $40% of the cost of aero kit, how does the depreciation work into an accesory?
Not necessarily 40% but the depreciated value. If your car has a 62% residual value, then it'll be worth 62% of the MSRP at the end of the lease. So, if the Aero package cost $840 and the residual value at the end of the lease is 62%, then you should pay only 38%, or depreciation. The numbers are only examples. The package is being installed before delivery so it should be included in the lease which will allow you to pay only depreciation and not full value.

Does the rear spoiler require drilling into the decklid? The OEM for my accord coupe did, and that was a nervous feeling drilling holes into metal panels of a brand new car lol
FYI: The front chin spoiler and splash guards also require drilling. I agree though, having to drill the rear deck lid is a bit more intimidating. Just measure and dry fit multiple times if you are nervous about it.
I thought the sport lip spoiler uses double-sided tape and the splash-guards definitely didn't require drilling.
The OEM rear lip was installed at a body-shop since I had other work being done. I just assumed it required drilling because that was the case with the one I installed on our previous G, plus they happened to have a new 2010 G sedan completed and ready for delivery while I was there. I was told that it required repairs and new deck lid paint due to a mistake in the drilling for the rear OEM lip spoiler by another shop (I suspected it was a local dealer). Someone please correct me if no drilling is required for the OEM rear deck lip.
Yes, I installed the OEM sport splash guards and OEM sport chin spoiler myself and definitely had to do some drilling. In addition they do also use 2-sided tape to provide a tighter fit. Each splash guard required two holes each for two plastic push rivets. If you look closely in the shadows of the wheel-well in the pic below you can see them as black dots on the splash guards. (Too bad they don't provide color matched push rivets--the black stands out too much against white.)

lip, wing, and splash guards all require drilling. I've installed splash guards and lip and drilled holes.
the holes are nothing to worry about. Its actually optional for the lip. I only drilled like 4 holes and none can been seen or noticed if lip was removed.
ps..
Dang I need to pick up some sport side skirts.

100% guarantee you need to drill for the spoiler... The outer holes are beyond the silver stock lip. If you don't drill and use tape, I have seen this it looks like shiate. My fathers dealer did this and you can see the tape since it was not made to be held down by tape and there is a very small gap showing the tape. It was so bad that they used black marker to try to hide The tapes whit color as his var is black. He's had them replace it twice and only after I got mine which the dealer installed it properly he now agrees they are taking the easy way out... Net net do it the proper way.
