225/45/19 tires needed

I have to replace my tires due to a bad alignment so I am looking around for tires. I currently have 19" Yokohama Adven's and Tirerack.com has them for $150 per tire.(http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....port%20Package) Im looking at Mavis as well.

Bottom line, I'm a noob to this, but what tire would you recommend? I live in NY if that makes a difference. The roads suck and winter is coming.

Thank you.

Well, Tirerack and Discount/America's Tire both have good prices. Remember your tires and brakes are the last place where you wanna 'cheap out'. Stay away from the no name tires (Chinese) that a lot of tire shops sell. Your life and those that love you will thank you for making a good decision. Since you live in NY, do you need a second set for winter? If not go with a good quality All Season. Remember we want G members to be safe.

If you want a true all season, you can't beat the Nokian WRG2s. If you have the cash to swap wheels/tires at different seasons, I would recommend buying a set of Dunlop WinterMaxxs. My G with the Dunlops was a monster in the snow last winter.
