G37 Sedan

So, why did YOU choose the Sedan over the Coupe, or Vice Versa?

Would have chosen the coupe if it weren't for the lack of the "bitch" seat in the back middle. Needed something that seats 5!

Nice thread.

Add me to the list that thinks the sedan simply looks better than the coupe. I have no kids and rarely more than 1 passenger, so that was not even part of the argument. The G coupe looks very similar to the Altima coupe, while the sedan looks like nothing else on the road.

coupe=looks, handling / better chassis
sedan= more room, less weight

i'd seriously have no proplem driving a sedan...as long as i have a coupe in the garage..

You bring up a good point. One of the main reasons I purchased the Sedan is because I DO have a coupe in the garage. It's not a G coupe, but it's still a sexy coupe that's fast as hell so it will fit the bill.

Other than that, if you buy the Sedan you still get cheaper insurance, overall cheaper cost, slightly faster, and IMO I do think stock for stock the Sedan looks a hair better than the coupe, IMO.

Personally... I got the sedan because my parents said I needed a sedan, i had no choice.. I love it though, and it is better for the family(mom has an SUV dad has a 2-seater), plus it helps when I"m driving friends.

But, most likely if I were given a choice of coupe or sedan, I would get the coupe

trunk space. and I actually think the front end and the lines are better on the sedan. and the fact it's fairly inexpensive.

I don't think I would've bought a g37 if I wanted a coupe. I would've gotten something more sporty.

I agree. I would have probably gotten an Audi A5 if I were to get a coupe. but the G coupe would definitely be my 2nd choice, I actually like the looks/lines of the G coupe better than the Sedan.

But, no complaints on my sedan, its fast, sporty, luxurious, and just fun to drive!

I'll be getting a sedan eventually. Why? A 115lb. Alaskan Malamute.

I said it once and will say it again, if you bought the G37 (Coupe or Sedan) just because they're "fast" or because one is faster than the other, then you obviously bought the wrong car.
